Before Deleting

This Action is Permanent

Deleting your account:

• Removes ALL your data
• Cannot be undone
• Frees your email for new account

Consider Instead

Export Your Data First

1. Go to Settings
2. Select the Privacy & Account tab
3. Click "Export Data"
4. A JSON file will download automatically
5. Keep it safe offline

Deletion Process

Steps to Delete

1. Go to Settings (use the sidebar on desktop, or tap "More" then "Settings" on mobile)
2. Select the Privacy & Account tab
3. Scroll down to the "Delete Account" section
4. Click the red "Delete Account" button
5. Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT in the confirmation field
6. Click "Confirm Delete"

Alternative Method

If you cannot access Settings, email hello@faithgpt.io with:

• Subject: "Delete My Account"
• Your email address
• Confirmation: "I understand this is permanent"

Processing: 7 business days

What Happens

Immediately

• Logged out everywhere
• Can't log back in
• Subscription cancelled

Within 90 Days

• Personal information is deleted or anonymized
• Backups are aged out according to retention requirements
• Your email can be used again for a new account once deletion is complete

Data That's Deleted

After Deletion

• Email can register new account
• No way to recover old data
• Previous content is gone
