Quick Fixes

Try these solutions in order:

1. Verify Your Credentials

• Double-check email spelling
• Ensure Caps Lock is off
• Try typing password in a text editor first to verify
• Remember passwords are case-sensitive

2. Refresh the Page

• Press F5 or Cmd+R
• Or Ctrl+Shift+R for hard refresh
• Wait for page to fully load
• Try logging in again

3. Try Incognito/Private Mode

1. Open Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+N (Mac)
2. Open Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
3. Navigate to faithgpt.io
4. Attempt login

If this works, your regular browser has a cache/cookie issue.

Browser Issues

Clearing Cookies and Cache

Chrome:

1. Press F12 to open DevTools
2. Go to Application tab
3. Click "Clear site data" under Storage
4. Refresh and try again

Firefox:

1. Press F12 to open DevTools
2. Go to Storage tab
3. Right-click cookies > Delete All
4. Refresh and try again

Safari:

1. Safari > Preferences > Privacy
2. Manage Website Data
3. Search "faithgpt"
4. Remove and try again

Check Browser Extensions

Some extensions can interfere:

Password Help

FaithGPT does not currently have a visible Change Password button inside Settings.

If You Sign In With Google or Apple

• Change your password with your Google or Apple account directly
• Then return to FaithGPT and sign in again

If You Use Email and Password

1. Go to faithgpt.io/auth?mode=sign-in
2. Use the recovery or reset option shown on the sign-in screen, if available
3. If you do not see a recovery option, email hello@faithgpt.io from the address on your account

• The device and browser you are using
• Whether you signed up with email/password or Google/Apple
• A screenshot or short description of what you see
