Checking Your Balance

View Current Credits

1. Go to Settings (sidebar on desktop, "More" then "Settings" on mobile)
2. Your credit balance is shown at the top of the page
3. Select the "Usage" tab for activity breakdown
4. Select the "Subscription" tab for plan and renewal details

Understanding the Message

When you see "Insufficient credits":

• Your balance is 0 or below required amount
• The action you attempted needs more credits
• AI features are temporarily unavailable

Getting More Credits

Option 1: Purchase Credit Top-Ups

Visit faithgpt.io/pricing and switch to the Credits view:

Credits are added instantly after purchase.

Option 2: Upgrade Your Subscription

Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing.

Option 3: Check Whether Your Plan Will Renew

• Paid plans renew on their billing date
• Free accounts may include starter credits, but not every free offer auto-refreshes
• Your current balance and plan details are shown in Settings
