Accessing Settings

How to Open Settings

Desktop: Click "Settings" in the sidebar (near the bottom).

Mobile: Tap "More" in the bottom navigation bar, then tap "Settings."

You can also go directly to faithgpt.io/settings.

Settings Tabs

Settings is organized into five tabs along the top of the page:

Account Tab

Profile Information

• Name: Edit your display name and click "Save Changes"
• Email: Shown but cannot be changed

Account Status

Shows your current plan (Free or Premium). Free users see an "Upgrade to Premium" link.

Appearance

Toggle between light and dark mode with the sun/moon button.

Devotional Notifications

Control daily For You devotional reminders:

1. Enable notifications and allow browser permission
2. Set your preferred delivery time
3. Select your timezone

Other Tabs

Memory

View and manage things FaithGPT has learned about you to personalize conversations.

Usage

See your message count, tokens used, active streak, and achievements.

Subscription

• Premium users: View plan details, next billing date, and amount. Cancel your subscription here.
• Free users: See your Free plan details and upgrade to Premium.

Privacy & Account

• Export Your Data: Download all your conversations and settings as a JSON file
• Email Preferences: View your email subscription status; unsubscribe or resubscribe
• App Troubleshooting: Reload or reset the app if something isn't working
• Shared Conversations: Manage any conversations you've shared via link
• Delete Account: Permanently delete your account (type "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" to confirm)

Profile changes save when you click "Save Changes." Theme changes apply instantly.
