Requesting a Refund
Email hello@faithgpt.io with:
- Subject: "Refund Request"
- Your email address
- Purchase date
- Order number (from receipt)
- Reason for request
Response Time
- Initial response: 2-3 business days
- Processing: Up to 5 business days
- Refund to card: 3-5 additional days
Refund Process
- Request reviewed
- Usage checked
- Decision made
- Refund issued (if approved)
- Confirmation email sent
Common Issues
Unexpected Charge
